Cement Double-head putty Powder Paint Mixer Concrete Electric Mixer

A heavy-duty double-head electric mixer for construction and industrial use — blends cement, wall putty, powder & latex paint, mortar, tile adhesive and coatings quickly and evenly with twin high-torque mixing heads. For jobsite and production, not home use.

Construction & Production Mixing

A heavy-duty handheld double-head (twin-paddle) electric mixer for construction and production blending. The two paddles and a high-torque 1/2 HP motor at 1800 RPM fold heavy, powder-rich and high-viscosity materials — cement, wall putty, mortar, powder & latex paint, tile adhesive and coatings — into a fast, uniform mix, on the jobsite or in the plant. Built from corrosion-resistant aluminium alloy, with a 200 kg per-batch stirring capacity and an 88 cm rod that can be customized for deeper drums.

Why this mixer

Twin-head, even mix

Two paddles blend heavy, powder-rich materials far faster and more uniformly than a single shaft — no dry pockets or lumps.

High-torque, no stalling

The 1/2 HP motor at 1800 RPM powers through stiff putty, mortar and thick coatings without bogging down.

Site & production ready

Rugged aluminium-alloy build for continuous jobsite and plant use; 200 kg stirring capacity per batch.

From thin paints to stiff putty and mortar — one tool for the full range of construction-material blending.

A Closer Look

What makes the double-head mixer fast and durable — from the twin-output gearbox to the high-torque motor inside.

Twin keyless chucks of the double-head mixer

Twin-output drive

Two chucks driven from a single motor turn both paddles together for a balanced, even mix — no dry pockets.

Aluminium dual gearbox head

Dual gearbox head

The aluminium-alloy gearbox splits the motor’s torque to two spindles — the core of the double-head design.

Wraparound twin-grip handle

Two-handed grip

A wraparound twin-grip frame gives firm two-handed control when mixing stiff, heavy batches.

Balanced inline mixer body

Balanced inline body

The motor seats directly over the paddles, keeping the tool steady and easy to guide through deep buckets.

Build detail: chuck, paddles, grip and motor housing

Built to last

Reinforced chuck, hardened spiral paddles, ergonomic grips and a vented motor housing for continuous duty.

Copper-wound motor armature and stator

High-torque motor

A copper-wound armature and stator deliver the torque to power through cement, putty and mortar without stalling.

Technical Parameters

Type Handheld double-head (twin-paddle) electric mixer
Power 1/2 HP
Speed 1800 RPM
Impeller diameter 11 cm
Stirring rod length 88 cm (customizable for deeper drums)
Stirring capacity 200 kg per batch

Mixes Cement, wall putty / skim coat, powder & latex paint, tile adhesive, mortar, coatings

How to use

  1. Fit the twin paddles and lower them into the bucket or drum before powering on.
  2. Add powder to liquid gradually; start slow, then run at full speed to fold the mix.
  3. Move the mixer through the batch until uniform — no dry pockets or lumps.
  4. Lift while still spinning briefly to shed material, then clean the paddles before the mix sets.

Customization: the standard 88 cm stirring rod can be lengthened on request for deeper drums and IBC totes — tell us your container depth.

Manufacturer-direct & OEM

PUGLUE is a polyurethane adhesive manufacturer that also supplies the equipment to mix and apply it. We can match this mixer — or a larger setup — to your material and throughput, and ship it with your adhesive order on one quote. Need a bigger setup? For pneumatic drum agitators (50 / 100 gallon) and custom two-component (2K) A:B mixing systems, see our custom mixing & agitation equipment.

FAQ

What can this mixer handle?

Cement, wall putty / skim coat, powder and latex paint, tile adhesive, mortar and coatings — heavy, powder-rich and high-viscosity construction materials, up to about 200 kg per batch.

Why double-head instead of a single paddle?

Two paddles blend heavy materials faster and more evenly, eliminating the dry pockets and lumps a single shaft leaves in stiff putty or mortar.

Can the stirring rod be made longer?

Yes. The standard rod is 88 cm; we can customize the length for deeper drums or IBC totes — just tell us your container depth.

Do you also supply larger or automatic mixers?

Yes — pneumatic drum agitators (50 / 100 gallon, aluminium or 304 stainless) and fully automatic 2K A:B mixing systems. See our custom mixing & agitation equipment page.
