Foam-Board Lamination
A two-component, solvent-free polyurethane adhesive (PU-50, A:B = 5:1) for bonding phenolic, XPS and EPS foam insulation boards to metal or board facings. Solvent-free (≥99% solids) for low odour and dimensional stability, it cures at room temperature to a strong, weather-resistant bond — the peel test fails the board, not the glue line.

No — it is solvent-free (≥99% solids), so it bonds phenolic, XPS, EPS and PIR boards without melting or shrinking the foam.
A : B = 5 : 1 by weight (do not estimate). Pot life is under 15 minutes once mixed, so apply promptly at 150–300 g/m².
