This is the drum / bulk-export format of PUGLUE's OEM filling equipment matched-supplier service. We don't carry drum filling stations off-the-shelf — we spec the right drum filler for your PU adhesive chemistry and export volume, source from our verified Chinese equipment partners, and ship with your adhesive order in a single container. Standard format: 200 L steel drum (tight-head or open-head). Options: 220 L plastic drum, 1000 L IBC tote, 16 kg bag-in-box.

Why drums matter for PU OEM: drums are the export packaging standard for bulk adhesive shipment to overseas OEM customers. Sea freight cost per kg drops dramatically vs pails (200 L drum holds ~220 kg PU at $0.08/kg shipping vs $0.35/kg pail shipping LATAM/Africa routes). For mid-tier and large OEM that consume 5+ tons/month, drum receiving is non-negotiable. Why Direct-Sourcing a Drum Filler Usually Fails for PU

3. You approve a config: we lock pricing, draft PI. You ship 200 L of your adhesive sample (or production batch), we run pre-shipment FAT with bung-torque verification + nitrogen headspace measurement.
4. Single shipment: drum filler + your bulk PU adhesive (or empty drum inventory) ship in one 40' container.
5. Post-installation: 12-month warranty pass-through, remote commissioning support, drum supplier referrals in destination country (saves 30–45 days vs sourcing drums from scratch).
