Why Direct-Sourcing a Pail Filler Usually Fails for PU

Heated jacket missing or undersized — At 5 L and below, ambient-temperature filling works for low-viscosity PU. At 10–20 L, the pail wall draws heat from the adhesive on contact, raising viscosity 15–25% mid-fill and causing fill-time drift.
