This is the cartridge / sausage-pack format of PUGLUE's OEM filling equipment matched-supplier service. We don't carry cartridge filling lines off-the-shelf — what we do is spec the right cartridge filler for your PU adhesive chemistry and throughput, source it from our verified Chinese equipment partners, and ship it with your adhesive order in one container. Common output formats: 310 ml standard cartridge, 600 ml sausage pack, 290 ml HDPE cartridge for cold-temperature service.

Why cartridges matter for PU OEM: retail and construction distribution channels move 80%+ of PU adhesive in cartridges (not pails / drums). If you sell PU sealant or 1K PU adhesive into hardware retail, automotive aftermarket, marine repair, or RV / mobile-home OEM — you need cartridge filling capacity. Outsourcing to a co-packer costs $0.30–$0.80 per cartridge in markup. At 50,000+ cartridges/month volume, owning the filling line pays back in 8–18 months.

Why Direct-Sourcing a Cartridge Filler Usually Fails for PU

• Wrong nozzle geometry — Cartridge fillers built for silicone use 8–10 mm nozzles. PU adhesive (3,000–80,000 cps) needs 12–16 mm or it cavitates and shot weight drifts ±5%. Buyer doesn't know to ask, supplier doesn't volunteer.
• Diaphragm pumps fail at 30,000+ cps — Cheap food-grade cartridge fillers use diaphragm pumps. Above 30,000 cps (typical 2K PU), the diaphragm tears within 200 hours. PU-compatible lines use positive-displacement gear or progressive cavity pumps.
• Headspace nitrogen blanket missing — Standard cartridge fillers seal in air. For moisture-cure 1K PU, sealed-with-air cartridges skin internally within 4–8 weeks. PU-spec lines need nitrogen purge before crimp.
• Crimping force calibration — Cartridge end-caps need 1,200–1,800 N crimp force for PU's pressure profile. Too low = leak in transit; too high = cartridge cracks. Food-grade lines set this at 600–900 N (wrong for PU).

3. You approve a config: we lock pricing, draft PI. You ship 5 L of your adhesive sample, we run it through pre-shipment FAT with video record.
4. Single shipment: cartridge filler + your bulk PU adhesive (or empty cartridge inventory) ship in one container — one customs entry, one warranty contact.
5. Post-installation: 12-month warranty pass-through, remote commissioning support coordinated through PUGLUE.
